SURFACE ALLOY
OCTG TUBULARS

Our proprietary metallurgical bonding process creates an ordered solid solution phase layer on carbon steel substrate — delivering unmatched corrosion and wear resistance without changing pipe dimensions.

ZteenSS

Advanced alloy layer (100–500μm) with surface hardness >400HV. Provides complete protection against H₂S, CO₂, and Cl⁻ corrosion in the most demanding downhole environments.

Steel Grade: J55, N80, L80, P110
Hydrogen permeation: >86,400s (vs 170s for J55)
CO₂ corrosion rate: 0.77 mm/a (vs 44.58 mm/a for J55)
High temperature resistance: 700°C / 1,292°F
API 5CT/5L compliant
ZteenBor

Ultra-hard alloy layer (100–300μm) reaching 1,000–1,500HV surface hardness. Eliminates tubing failures from sucker rod eccentric wear and sand erosion in PCP and rod pump applications.

Steel Grade: J55, N80
Surface hardness: 1,000–1,500HV (vs 201HV for J55)
Wear resistance: 15× better than J55 (ASTM G65)
Prevents sucker rod eccentric wear
Resists H₂S, CO₂, Cl⁻ corrosion

METALLURGICAL
BONDING
TECHNOLOGY

Our unique infiltration process technology allows metallic elements to penetrate into the carbon steel substrate, creating an ordered solid solution phase layer. Unlike coatings that peel or crack, this metallurgical bond becomes part of the pipe itself.

Metallurgical Bond
Layer fused with substrate — no delamination risk
Cathodic Protection
Self-corrosion potential lower than substrate
Recyclable
Used pipes can be reprocessed, reducing total cost
Surface alloy metallurgical cross-section
Thickness: 100–500μm
Hardness: >400HV (SS) / 1500HV (Bor)
Bond: Metallurgical
Standard: API 5CT/5L
